Who Should Take an Online Course?
Each course has individual criteria for entry, we train doctors, dentist, nurses, midwives, aestheticians, level 3 Beauty therapist and above if your profession is not included in this list please contact us on eliteaestheticclinic@gmail.com. We DO NOT train non medics in medical aesthetic injectable treatments.
How Do I Access My Course?
Simply apply for your chosen course, submit your professional registeration number or Certifcates for verification by the admin team. You will then receive an access code to commence your online learning journey.
When is the payment due?
Online courses must be paid for in full and up front.
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
Yes. If you choose to completed more than one course at the same time we can arrange for your practical session to combine both treatments or alternatively they can be on separate days.
I don’t want to do the course online do I have the option to attend a fully training session.
Yes, however this will not be a one to one session and there may be other candidates from other clinics present. We do pride ourselves on small intimate groups. Maximum 6 people. The frequency of these session are extremely limited.
During the current pandemic these session are not currently available.
How do I book several staff members onto the course?
There are discount offers for multi bookings on the same course. Please email us on eliteaestheticclinic@gmail.com. For more information. T&Cs apply.
I would like to train in more that one of the elite courses?
If you decide to do attend more than one of Elite’s course then we have bundle packages and prices.
I have failed the exam what do I do now?
You have 2 free attempts to pass the online test following your course. 100% is required to pass, however if you fail the test on 2 occasions there will be a small administration fee of £45 to resit it.
I have passed my online test what now?
Congratulations, you will now receive a link to book 2 hour practical training session with Emma.
I would like Emma to come to my clinic to train my team is this service available?
Yes, absolutely this can be arranged. However, additional cost will be involved plus Emma’s travelling expenses. Please email us for more details.
How soon after completing my online course do I complete my practical hands on training?
Ideally as soon as possible. However, you do have a 4 month timeframe to book you hands on session.
I have trained with Emma I would love a refresher course is this possible?
Yes of course we would love to see you again you can book a ½ day refresher for a reduced fee.
Ive booked and paid for my course but Ive changed my mind can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not, all courses are non refundable.
When will I receive my certificate?
On successful completion of your theory and practical training.
What happens if I arrive late for my practical session?
We understand sometimes life doesn’t go to plan. However, if you are late for your practical training time cannot be added on to the session as we book a tight training session.
I want to cancel or change my practical training session is this possible?
Yes, this is possible we just need 14 days notice.
